Terms & Condition

    1. The privilege is only for current KBank Credit Card holders with a good payment history.

    2. Titanium Master Cards, Business Cards, and Corporate Executive Cards of all types are excluded from this offer.

    3. Transfer 1,000 KBank Reward Points using the K PLUS app to receive 100 xCashPoint.

    4. Transfered KBank reward point onto the K PLUS application. Your transfer list will be show in “Order List” under “My Coupons”. Please select the button “Use Coupons” within 60 minute. Use your code for this privilege on xCash. In the menu “Convert In” select KBank and put in your code for paying for goods and services with an affiliate store, subscribing to terms and conditions with xCash.

    5. The period of transfer and using the code is from 1 April to 30 June 2020.

    6. To use the code under the conditions of xCash, card holders must first become members of xCash before exchanging points with the bank (1 xCashPoint is equivalent to 1 baht).

    7. Once exchanged for xCashPoint, the points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, or returned in any form.

    8. Terms and conditions for using xCash are determined by Digitalife Corporation Limited. The bank is not responsible for any technical or service issues. In case of any problems, please contact the service provider directly.

    9. KBank reward points exchanged for xCashPoint will be removed from the card holder’s account and the card holder cannot request for their return or the cancelation of the transfer or any change in any details of the transaction.

    10. Titanium Master Cards, Business Cards, and Corporate Executive Cards of all types are excluded from this offer.

    11. The bank is not involved with any goods and services purchased with the points. In case of dispute, the bank’s decision is final.

    12. The bank reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
